Caring for your Pooch Pack can have a great impact on product longevity. They're made tough, so a bit of extra care and they'll be with you on walks for years to come.
Bottle and Bowls Care
Pooch Pack bottles are made from double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel.
Handwash only, to preserve the surface finish.
Designed to be taken apart, the top untwists off the bottle body for easy fill and easy cleaning.
After washing, rinse and set aside to air dry and store your bottle with the lid off.
We do not recommend placing our bottles in the dishwasher.
We recommend waiting 30 seconds after pouring boiling water and before twisting your lid on, to allow steam release.
Do not overfill bottles and take care when using carbonated or sparkling beverages. They naturally want to expand and become gas, which causes pressure build up
Do not put the bottle in the freezer. Freezing temperatures can damage the double wall and vacuum seal of stainless-steel products.
Do not microwave.
Neoprene Bag Care
Although neoprene is a functional and durable fabric, it is not indestructible and our bags will show signs of wear and tear just like any other bag without proper care.
Neoprene is a soft and flexible material and the shape can be manipulated. Please remember your bag has been flat-packed in its packaging for some time and the shape will soften up and become more stretchy to fit over the bottle.
Place inside a mesh lingerie bag and machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with a mild washing aid. Handwashing is also suitable.
Lay it out flat to dry.
